如何引發學生學習物理的興趣

How to Induce the Interest of Learning Physics

摘要


長久以來,物理常被學生視為畏途,倒不是其內容有何艱深,而往往是教法問題,因此如何將它趣味化與生活化,應該比什麼都重要,畢竟物理本來就是探討自然與生活的科學。依筆者經驗,物理首重觀念,而觀念的啟發應從觀察著手,畢竟就人類吸收知識的效率而言,數字與符號不如文字,文字不如圖片,圖片不如有聲音與動作的影片或實驗,而影片或實驗也要選擇具有趣味性與生活化者,不需太過學術性,才能引起學生學習的興趣。當學生對學習的確發生興趣時,再進一步做數理分析,效果會較好。本文著重物理教學生活化與趣味化,盡量利用影片、魔術或示範實驗等做輔助說明,以引發學生學習物理的興趣,同時本文也著重科學人文化,以求學生學習物理時,亦能體會其引申之人文精神與涵意,讓科學不再是冷冰冰的東西。期盼這些教學經驗的分享,能與各級教師交換心得與切磋學習,俾收互相激盪之效。

General physics have long been a boring course for a lot of students, not how hard its content, but because its pedagogy. Therefore, how to make it interesting and lifelike is more important than others. After all, physics is a course of science exploring nature and life. According author's experience, the most importance of physics is idea, and the enlightenment of idea should start from image. After all, the efficiency of absorbing knowledge for mankind is that: numbers and symbols are no more efficient than alphabets, alphabets are no more than photos, and photos are no more than films with voice and motion. The key point of selecting films should be funny and vivid in order to help students learn in pleasant mood, and naturally induce their interest to learn. While the students are really interesting in learning, it is a good opportunity to teach the theory, if time permits. This paper lay emphasis on interesting and lifelike of physics teaching, doing everything possible to induce the interest of student in order to build basic idea by using film, magic or experiment as auxiliatory explanation, and through sightseeing of science museum and discussion. In sum, the author would like to share my teaching experience with physics teachers of all levels, hoping to inspire the flame of wisdom through the seminar.
