電動多噴孔套筒型流量控制減壓閥之強度計算

摘要


閥類之強度計算本來就十分煩瑣,尤其要依所安裝的位置、系統狀況及使用的流體來考量。本案是大尺寸的流量控制減壓閥計算起來更不容易,無論法規方面要考慮符合業主規定的ASME code,Sec Ⅱ、Sec Ⅷ及AISC code外,或可按一般的機械設計來做設計,流量控制減壓閥使用時各零組件所承受的工作應力各自不同,諸如彎曲力矩、剪力、壓力、拉力以及扭轉力矩等,承包商為確保設計及製造施工之成功,不但要節約製造及施工成本,而且一定要確保在動水使用中,各零組件能承受各組合應力,並能確保使用壽命,可見設計工作是工程是否成功的首要關鍵。

It is not so easy to analyses the dynamic strength of the multi-jet rate type flow controlled valve under high dynamic pressure, complicate situations. The design has not only to meet the requirements of ASME and AISC Code set forth by owner, but also apply the general mechanical engineering practice, to guarantee the product quality and have had profit. Therefore the mechanical engineering design plays a very important role in whether the product succeeded or not, because the equipment will be operating by owner day and night.
