以專利檢索與技術分析輔助產品創新設計之研究

A Study on Patent Search and Technical Functions Analysis for the Product Development

摘要


對於以製造生產為主的台灣,發展產業技術慣用的模式,通常是在主流技術的基本架構中進行模仿與後續創新,而這樣的技術發展策略容易發生侵害他人的權利,尤其對於現今這個講求知識經濟的時代,無形資產的重要性已凌駕於有形資產之上,專利的取得與行使是目前重要的趨勢,且產業研發愈需依賴創新及智慧財產權的管理來強化競爭力。因此,設計人員應須具有智慧財產權的觀念,並能懂得如何妥善地運用專利的保護與使用。本研究以國內專利資料庫為檢索標的,並以吹風機產品之減噪功效為訴求,藉由專利資料庫的檢索與分析,來瞭解國內吹風機於減噪技術之發展與應用。研究顯示,吹風機噪音主要來源為轉動構件及風切擾動,而此減噪技術改良以風扇葉片為居多,其次是將馬達及風扇與吹風機本體作區隔之設計。透過此專利檢索及分析產品的元件、功能等資訊,可望協助設計者於低噪音吹風機設計上參考

The usual industry technology development model for Taiwan, the industry of which is mainly based on manufacturing, is normally to imitate and perform follow-on innovation on the basic main stream technology framework. However, such kind of technology development strategy is prone to infringe on other’s property rights. Especially in the present time, an era of obsessing with knowledge economy, the importance of intangible assets has surpassed that of tangible ones. The acquisition and exercise of patents is an important trend currently and industrial R&D is more dependent on innovation as well as the management of intellectual properties to enhance the competitiveness. Therefore, designers should be well versed in the concept of intellectual property rights as well as the protection and utilization of patents. About perspective of patent analysis: the design of a new type of low noise hair dryer is completed by using relevant information on current patent which is collected through patent search and information obtained by analyzing product components and functionalities to perform product design and avoid existing patents.
