防水閘門梯桿升降機基礎設計法

Roller Gate Lift Ladder Bar Basic Design Method

摘要


水門設備設計中設備眾多,其中一項為梯桿升降機,先壓緊離合器即不許梯桿自重下降、然後從上面裝進梯桿回轉手動輪盤使梯桿慢慢進入升降機,雖然從下面亦可裝進梯桿但從上面裝進較為安全,如必須從下面裝進時應待梯桿從升降機出頭後始可動用馬達。

Watergate including numerous devices and equipment design, lift ladder bar is important one. First we press the clutch lever and prevent self-weight of ladder fall down. And then we use lever on the top to let ladder slowly down by manually turning wheel disk. Moreover, ladder bar also can set on the bottom, but it is more safer to put ladder bar on the top. If ladder bar is available on the bottom, we need to operate roller gate early before motor starting up
