摘要

本文意從影響著臺灣社會的開端開始爬梳整理，透過荷據時期及鄭氏時期之原住民族聚落比較嘗試進一步探討，在荷西以前，臺灣原住民族的傳統土地利用及形態，自荷據時期、鄭氏時期，分別實施「墾佃制度」及「屯田制度」後，原住民族在歷史上之土地空間之變遷及影響。失去了土地，也就失去了生活的記憶，當這些記憶被外來殖民者、移居者所填充，我們也將失去集體共同建構社會記憶的歷史空間，我們希望透過相關文獻、研究的整理及爬梳，分析荷據時期、鄭氏時期之殖民政權所實施政策及漢人移墾的過程中，對平埔族人在聚落之社會文化、經濟生產及人口組成之轉化，嘗試比較出此一時期平埔族群聚落之消長。希望透過本研究，能有助於了解歷史之真相，並進一步進行有關此一時期平埔族群的空間及歷史之轉型正義。

The purpose of this research is to compare Taiwanese indigenous peoples' traditional patterns of land over time. There are three periods considered. The first is before the arrival of the Dutch and Spanish. The second considers the influence of the changes in land use after the implementation of the institution of farmland cultivation during the Dutch occupation period. The third period analyzes the institution of military land reclamation during the Zheng period. The indigenous peoples of Taiwan have lost lots of historic areas and collective memories because of occupation and immigration. Therefore, we hope to clarify the truth of Pingpu peoples' history and the growth and decline of Pingpu tribes. Our methods will include literature review and direct analysis of the transformation of Pingpu peoples' social culture, economic production and organization of population in tribal life. The influence of land policies and immigration of Han peoples during the Dutch occupation and Zheng periods should become evident. Then we will continue with the promotion of the transitional justice of Pingpu peoples' history and land areas during the historical periods through the research.
