本研究以「活躍老化」觀點規劃一套社區照顧關懷據點教學人員培訓課程,目的有,規劃以活躍老化觀點社區照顧關懷據點教學人員的培訓課程,了解其實施情形,同時提供研究結果與建議供各高齡學習、長照機構推動參考。本研究以行動研究輔以半結構訪談與觀察法針對快樂縣社區大學11位參與本課程的學員,探究方案的可行性、實施成效、影響因素與課程推動可行具體作法。本研究經結果與討論得到以下結論,包括:以活躍老化觀點社區照顧關懷據點教學人員培訓課程的是經整體系統規劃的,內容是符應活躍老化,其實施是足以協助長輩活躍老化、自我超越,影響包括有內、外部因素,課程推動是有有可行的具體方法,並根據研究結果提出相關建議。
This study plans a set of training courses for the teaching staff of community care bases from the viewpoint of "active aging". Various senior learning and long-term care institutions promote reference. This study uses action research supplemented by semi-structured interviews and observations to focus on 11 students who participated in this course from a community college in Happy County, and explores the feasibility, implementation effect, influencing factors and feasible specific methods of course promotion. Through the results and discussions of this research, the following conclusions are drawn, including: The teaching staff training courses in the community care bases from the perspective of active aging are systematically planned, the content is in line with active aging, and its implementation is sufficient to assist the elderly in active aging and self-transcendence , the influence includes internal and external factors, there are feasible specific methods for curriculum promotion, and relevant suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
