探討騎自行車為主要休閒活動者的休閒滿意度－以高雄市為例

A Study on Leisure Satisfaction of People Whose Main Leisure Activity is Biking: A Case Study in Kaohsiung City

摘要

本研究旨在研究高雄市以騎自行車為主要休閒活動者之休閒滿意度，透過調查研究法進行問卷調查，共發放400份問卷，實得386份有效問卷，採用多元迴歸法檢視各項因素之預測力。研究發現：一、參與動機之「行動體驗」對於「心理方面休閒滿意度」最具預測力；二、休閒效益之「社交效益」對於「社會方面休閒滿意度」最具預測力；三、休閒效益之「身心效益」對於「生理方面休閒滿意度」最具預測力；四、休閒體驗中「感官體驗」對於「環境方面休閒滿意度」最具預測力。五、最具預測力之變項對於休閒滿意度的影響皆為正向。

The purpose of this study is to explore the related factors which affect the satisfaction of the cyclers who take cycling as their major leisure activity in Kaohsiung. The questionnaire survey was adopted responses of 400 participants and there are 386 valid questionnaires. The findings of the study are as the following: 1. The ＂action experience＂ of the participating motivations possesses the most predictability toward ＂psychological leisure satisfaction＂; 2. The ＂social benefits＂ of the leisure benefits possesses the most predictability toward ＂social leisure satisfaction＂; 3. The ＂physical and psychological benefits＂ of the leisure benefits possesses the most predictability toward ＂physical leisure satisfaction＂; 4. The ＂sensory experience＂ of the leisure experience possesses the most predictability toward ＂environmental leisure satisfaction＂; 5. The impacts of prediction variables on leisure satisfaction are all positive.
