矯正機關員工休閒滿意度之研究探討

Research on the Leisure Satisfaction of Employees in Corrective Organs

摘要


本研究擬針對矯正機關職員為對象,以相關文獻為基礎,做為建立理論、研究架構與設計研究工具之依據,從事矯正工作職員共400位受訪者為施測對象,獲得有效問卷389份,有效率為97.25%。根據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下:1、休閒參與對休閒滿意度之影響不同月收入」的職員整體休閒參與程度皆略低或偏低且無顯著差異2、休閒體驗對休閒滿意度之影響-「休閒體驗」認知程度愈高,則其所認知的「休閒滿意度」就愈高3、休閒效益對休閒滿意度之影響-「休閒效益」認知程度愈高,則其所認知的「休閒滿意度」就愈高,另對於未來及後續研究提出相關建議:1、提升休閒參與的頻率以提高休閒滿意度2、強化休閒體驗以提高休閒滿意度3、增強休閒效益以提高休閒滿意度4、降低休閒阻礙的干擾效果

This study intends to target the staff of the correctional organs, based on the relevant literature, as the basis for establishing the theory, research framework and design research tools. A total of 400 respondents engaged in the correction work were selected for the test, and 389 valid questionnaires were obtained. The effective rate is 97.25%. According to the data analysis results, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The impact of leisure participation on leisure satisfaction is different monthly income. The overall leisure participation level of employees is slightly lower or lower and there is no significant difference. 2.
