建構銀髮族旅遊行爲意圖模式之研究

摘要

現今臺灣已邁入高齡化社會，銀髮族旅遊市場已成爲未來旅遊市場中重要的區塊，就此觀點，銀髮族的旅遊行爲探討是未來的研究趨勢與重點。本研究將採用Ajzen(1985)計劃行爲理論爲基礎架構，並認爲旅遊行爲發生前會受到旅遊目的地意象之影響，成爲態度、主觀規範及知覺行爲控制的前置變項，並且旅遊者的過去行爲也會影響未來的行爲意圖，所以透過計劃行爲理論的模型將態度、主觀規範、知覺行爲控制與過去行爲當成行爲意圖的前置變項。本研究結果顯示旅遊目的地意象對態度、主觀規範與知覺行爲控制具有顯著影響，且態度、主觀規範、知覺行爲控制以及過去行爲對行爲意圖皆具有顯著影響，透過本研究的完成，可以說明銀髮族旅遊行爲模式的意涵。

Taiwan is entering an ageing society; senior traveling market will become an important area that need to be discussed. This research attempts to examine the impact of traveler behavior by tourism destination image applying Ajzen (1985) theory of planned behavior (TPB) model. The tourism destination image will become antecedent variable of attitude toward the behavior (AT)、subject norm (SM) and perceived behavioral control (PBC). The results showed that the tourism destination image has significant impact of AT、SM and PBC. It is also find that AT、SM、PBC and past behavior have considerable impact on behavioral of intention (BI). The consequences of this model provide one of the explanations for senior travel behavior.
