The Establish Ment and Application of National Base Line

摘要


利用精密測距儀Mekometer ME5000在新竹園區基線場,經四次不同時段重覆觀測432m距離,其結果顯示該測距系統的內部精度σ1可用±(0.1+0.1D)mm表示,式中D是距離,以公里爲單位,而前者0.1mm是固定誤差,後者0.1ppm就是比例誤差。另在桃園中正基線場,選擇良好氣候條件,以ME5000測距系統實施EDM,其平差結果與世界公認室外量測基線最準確的Vaisala光干涉測量結果比較,顯示在以光速度爲絕對長度系統下,外部精度σ(下標 E)非常接近Vaisala光干涉測量準確度的水準±0.1ppm。充分證實本ME5000測距系統均能達到ME5000測距準確度本身技術規範±(0.2mm+0.2ppm)之水準,而其穩定度及準確度將作爲後續探討中距離測距誤差之參考根據。綜合研究結果顯示,以ME5000測距系統建立的新竹園區基線,桃園中正基線及新竹中距離基線可作爲國內檢校電子測距儀與全球定位系統接收器之標準依據。

The precision distance meter ME5000 was used to measured the distance of 432m four times in Hsin Chu Baseline. Results obtained in this study indicated that the internal precision of ME5000 distance measuring system, σ1, is about ±(0.1+0.1•D) mm, where D is distance in km. The EDM combinations were performed by using ME5000 in Chung Cheng Baseline under favorable werther conditions. Results indicated that the external precision was very close to the accuracy of Vaisala interference results (±0.1ppm), i.e., the most accurate method of measuring the baseline outdoors. The above results verify the capability of ME5000 distance measuring system to reach its own standard precision, ±(0.2mm+0.2ppm). Furthermore, its stability and accuracy has become the foundation for examining the errors for medium-range EDM in this study. Results obtained in this paper reveal that the Hsin Chu Baseline, Chung Chenhg Baseline and Hsin Chu Medium-Range Baseline (which were measured with ME5000 distance measuring system) could be served winth sufficient confidence as a standard for the calibrations of electronic distance measuring instruments and GPS receivers.
