地籍坐標與二度分帶坐標轉換之研究

摘要


臺灣地區之舊地籍圖由於年代久遠,使用頻繁,多已破損不堪。為保存地籍圖原貌,維護人民產權,目前正積極推動圖解地籍圖數值化計畫。由於並無坐標轉換之作業模式供廠商遵循,整合後之成果仍多以地籍坐標表示,不適於地理資訊系統應用。實有必要研擬一套合理且簡便可行之坐標轉換模式,將圖解數化之整合成果轉換為二度分帶坐標,再行對外提供。一則免除用圖單位各自進行轉換之麻煩,二則避免各用圖單位各自轉換之結果不同,衍生其他問題。本研究係以最小二乘共置法,分析臺灣本島三角點之系統誤差,並以DTM軟體計算儲存為規則網格。對於新點之轉換,研擬一套簡易之流程以供運用。實驗結果顯示此種方式可獲得合理精度,且適於大範圍大規模之自動化轉換。

The old cadastral maps of Taiwan were produced more than 70 years age. Because of frequent use, most of them are worn-out. To keep them from further damage, one project of digitizing the old cadastral maps is being undertaken. The digitized data are stored in the so called ”Cadastral Coordinate System”, completely different from the current TM (Transverse Mercator Projection) coordinate system, and difficult to integrate with GIS data. A reasonable method of coordinate transformation should be derived so that the large amount of digitized data can be put into GIS database quickly with acceptable accuracy, and the efforts for coordinate transformation of every user, followed by data inconsistancy, can be eliminated.This paper is based on the analyse of the system error of triangular points by lease-squares collation method. The system error is estimated by the DTM software, then stored on regular grid points for further interpolations. For the transformation of the digitized data, only a simple algorithm is needed. Test results show that the accuracy is acceptable for GIS use. This approach is suitable for large area, and can be highly automated for rapid data convertion
