臺灣民眾中醫藥使用行為影響因素之研究

摘要

中醫為中華文化智慧的累積，不止是治療疾病，於國人的日常生活中也都有中醫藥的蹤跡，例如四神湯。依據衛生福利部中央健康保險署（2020）統計中醫就診率為27.35%，尚不包含非健保體系之中醫就診及國人自行購買中藥材食用部份。換言之國人於中醫藥的使用遠遠超過此比例，足見中醫藥於國內的普及性。再者，在文獻方面多以特定中醫藥使用族群為研究對象，以全國作為研究對象的研究甚少且久遠。故本研究欲解析國人中醫藥使用行為影響因素為何？以知識、態度與行為理論為基礎，經德爾菲法（Delphi Method）確立調查問卷，爾後以電話進行問卷調查，共計回收有效樣本1,324筆。研究結果發現如下：1.過去一年近八成的民眾有中醫就診經驗，中醫藥的資訊主要來源為親朋好友，中醫師為其最信任的資訊管道。2.不同的年齡及主要就醫類型於中醫藥知識、態度與行為上皆具有顯著差異。3.中醫藥態度構面為中醫藥行為的主要影響因子。

Traditional medicine is the sum total of the knowledge, skills, and practices based on the theories, beliefs, and experiences indigenous to Chinese cultures. Traditional medicine not only be prescribed as a treatment for curing disease, but it, such as Sishen soup, also as a delicious cuisine on people's dining table. The utilization rate of traditional medicine in Taiwan is 27.35% in 2020 (National Health Insurance Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare), and this was not including the purchases from non-health insurance clinics and self-pay items. Results from the National survey reveal that Traditional medicine has been widely used among people in Taiwan. However, most of the research on the utilization of Traditional medicine is focused on specific groups of people who shared a same kind of disease. There are only few researches on whole Taiwanese population, and the last literature was published in 2012. Therefore, it is much needed to understand the factors that influence the behavior of Taiwanese people in using Traditional medicine today. This research is based on knowledge, attitude and behavior theory, first established a questionnaire with Delphi, and then conducted a questionnaire survey by telephone interview. A total of 1,324 valid samples were collected. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. In the past year, nearly 80% of the people experienced traditional medicine treatment. The main sources of traditional medicine information are relatives and friends, and the most trustworthy source is the traditional medicine practitioners. 2. The evaluation of knowledge, attitudes and behaviors on traditional medicine have significant differences in different age group. 3. The attitude towards traditional medicine is the main influencing factor of the behavior on the traditional medicine usage.
