摘要

近代資訊電腦化已是人類生活的一部份，當然商業行為亦拜電腦化之賜，提供了簡單、快速、精準的作業方式，因此，本篇研究從資訊系統的剖析及對商業的重要性談起，進而導出下面的研討內容。一、緒論：首先闡述研究本文的動機與目的；二、整合相關文獻對資訊系統深入剖析；三、內部控制與稽核與會計資訊系統之分析；四、運用前兩項研究分析整合為有效率的會計資訊系統；五、研討會計資訊系統未來的發展並作結論。最終瞭解面對資訊科技之衝擊時，電腦在組織變革中所扮演的角色。

The information computerization has been one part of human’s life in modern times. It also brings simple, fast, accuracy operation method. In this paper will investigate the information system and inner control. The first part is introduction that includes motivation and objection. Second is reference. Third is inner control and information system. Forth part is combination second and third. The final part are conclusion.
