技專院校教師智慧資本與教學產出關聯性之研究－以南亞技術學院為例

摘要

人力資源發展是晚近十餘年快速崛起的管理學門主流，智慧資本則為其核心之所在，甚受重視。由於教師居於教與學過程的關鍵地位，而教學產出則是教學活動結果之中，合乎教學目的的部分，以及教師在教學過程中的收益，亦直接影響教育品質之良窳。鑑于針對技專院校教師智慧資本與教學產出關聯性的實證研究很少。因此，本研究目的有二：（1）探討技專院校教師智慧資本及教學產出的適當指標；（2）探討智慧資本中的人力資本、結構資本及關係資本與教學產出之教學、研究、服務及輔導的關聯性。本研究以南亞技術學院的教師為研究對象，以問卷調查的方式，共發出150份問卷而回收之有效問卷計有105份，有效問卷率高達70%。研究結果發現：就整體而言，技專院校教師智慧資本對教學產出具有顯著的正向影響；在構面部分，只有人力資本對教學產出之教學、研究、服務及輔導具有顯著的正向影響，而結構資本與關係資本對教學產出之教學、研究、服務及輔導皆沒有顯著的正向影響。

Human resource development has become one of the prominent branches in the discipline of management in the past ten years, and intellectual capital is the most important, attracts most attention. Teachers, standing in the critical turning point of teaching and learning, will determine whether the quality of education is superior or inferior. In light of exploring the connections between intellectual capital and teaching output of teachers in technology college and university is seldom. Therefore, the purpose of this study includes: Explore proper index of teacher's intellectual capital and teaching output in technology college and university. Explore human capital, structural capital, relational capital in intellectual capital, how link with teaching, research, service and student consulting in teaching output. This study conducted survey on the ”teachers” of Nanya Institute of Technology. Of the 150 questionnaires distributed, 105 effective ones were returned, providing an overall response rate of 70%. The findings of this study indicated that overall teacher's intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on teaching output. Human capital has a significant positive effect on the dimensions of teaching output in terms of teaching, research, service and student consulting; structural capital and relational capital has no significant positive effect on the dimension of teaching output in terms of teaching, research, service and student consulting.
