摘要

本文要分析台灣人力資源市場之失業率，在發生台海緊張與亞洲金融風暴的1996年之後與換黨執政的2000年之後，產生很關鍵性的結構性斷層變動。本文設立ARMA(1)、ARMA(2)與ARCH(1)等計量模型，來估計檢定，發現：台灣人力資源市場之失業率之變化，在1996年與2000年發生結構性斷層變動之假設，在計量檢定上，是成立的。

This paper is attempted to analyze the critical occurrence of the structural change of the unemployment rate of Taiwan's human resources market in the episode of cross straits' strain and Asian financial crisis after 1996 and governance substitution by party alternation after 2000. We set up econometric models of ARMA(1), ARMA(2) and ARCH(1) to estimate and to test the structural change of the unemployment rate, and find that it is statistically significantly verified.
