二手玩具交易平台設計與推廣之研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN AND PROMOTION OF USED TOY PLATFORM

摘要


多數的父母希望能給孩子們最好的成長環境,對小孩而言玩具是陪伴成長的好夥伴,但是當小孩長大了,這些玩具該怎麼處理呢?這些玩具都是過了小孩某段年齡層就不需要的東西;因此本研究設計了一個C2C商業模式的平台,利用共享經濟與線上到線下的電子商務模式,讓賣家可以將家中已不需要用到的玩具用品透過本平台售出,希望可以讓玩具重複利用。家長對於嬰幼兒的玩具很注重衛生方面的問題,本平台把關這些玩具的衛生狀況,在交易後由平台做消毒清洗,再轉手給其他的需要者,本研究期望透過本平台,可以讓玩具的效用發揮到最大,達到共享經濟的理念,並讓台灣走向綠色消費的趨勢中。

Most parents hope to give their children the best growth environment. For children, toys are good partners to accompany their growth, but when children grow up, how to deal with these toys? Children do not need these toys after a certain age. Therefore, this research designed a platform based on a C2C business model, using the sharing economy and online-to-offline e-commerce model, so the sellers can sell the toys that are no longer needed through this platform, and let the toys can be reused. Since the parents always pay attention to the hygiene of the toys for infants and young children, so this platform will check the situation of these toys. When the toys sold, the platform will transfers them to buyers after fixed and cleaned them. The research hopes maximizing the utilization of toys through this platform and achieving the concept of sharing economy and green consumption in Taiwan.
