大專甲組雙、單打羽球選手肩關節肌力與關節活動範圍之比較

The Comparisons of Shoulder Strength and Range of Motion between Elite Singles and Doubles College Badminton Players

摘要


目的:本研究之目的為比較雙、單打羽球選手之肩關節肌力與肩關節活動度是否有顯著差異。方法:本研究徵招18位大專甲組羽球選手,接受慣用手與非慣用手之肩部肌力與肩部關節活動度的測量,其中,肩部肌力以Biodex System Pro-3等速肌力測定儀來進行肩關節等速肌力;肩部關節活動度則使用關節角度計進行,以評估肩關節主、被動活動度。所的資料以獨立樣本t考驗分析雙、單打羽球選手在上肢肩關節等速肌力力矩峰值/體重和上肢肩關節活動度之差異,再以成對樣本t考驗分析慣用手與非慣用手上肢肩關節等速肌力力矩峰值/體重和上肢肩關節活動度之差異。結果:結果顯示,在角速度60 deg/sec、180 deg/sec、300 deg/sec之三項等速肌力測試下,肩關節內轉及外轉兩種動作中,雙、單打選手力矩峰值/體重皆未達到顯著差異。在主動關節活動度上,內轉的項目未達到顯著差異,外轉的部分,雙、單打選手之相互比較後,慣用手與非慣用手皆達到顯著效果;在被動關節活動度上,內外轉皆未達到顯著差異;在總關節角度的部分,主動和被動的總關節角度皆未達到顯著效果。結論:本研究的結論認為大專甲組雙打選手及單打選手內/外轉肩部肌力,角速度60 deg/sec、180 deg/sec、300 deg/sec之三項等速肌力並沒有明顯的差異。在肩部關節活動度的部分,雙、單打選手相互比較後,只有主動關節活動度外轉的部分有明顯的差異,其餘並無明顯差異。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the shoulder muscle strength and range of motion (ROM) between singles badminton players and doubles badminton players. Methods: Eighteen level one university badminton players were recruited in this study. All the participants underwent the left hand and right hand shoulder joint strength and shoulder ROM measurements. The isokinetic muscle strength of the shoulder joint was measured with the Biodex System Pro-3; the range of motion of the shoulder joint was measured using a goniometer. The independent samples t-test was conducted to analyze the differences between double and single badminton players in shoulder isokinetic peak torque / body weight, total work and shoulder range of motion, and then a pair samples t-test was used to analyze the differences between dominant and non-dominant hand. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference in peak torque/kg in both internal rotation (IR) and the external rotation (ER) in the angular velocity of 60 deg/sec, 180 deg/sec and 300 deg/sec between singles and doubles players. On the active range of motion (AROM), there was no significant difference in IR but there was significant difference in ER between single and double players. There was main effect in passive range of motion (PROM) in ER between players in either dominant or non-dominant hands. No significant difference in ER or IR was found on PROM and no significant differences in AROM or PROM was found on total range of motion (TROM). Conclusion: It is concluded that there was no significant difference in shoulder IR and ER muscle strength between level one collegiate singles players and doubles players. The difference in singles and doubles players shoulder ROM was only found in ER of AROM and doubles players' ER was bigger than singles players' ER.
