摘要

本文旨在論述白先勇〈花橋榮記〉示現小人物在大時代變動中昔盛今衰的悲情感。全文分從三個視角進行論述，其一論述「飲食」是生存意求，也是召喚鄉愁的基因；其二從「記憶」視角作今昔對照與家鄉圖景的形構；其三從「身份變換」論域外人生之遭逢與開展，承上三線交叉論述，冀能豁顯台海變局中小人物所承負的時代悲劇。

My Rice Noodle Shop is one the 14 short stories in Taipei People written by Bai, Xianyong. The main storyline in My Rice Noodle Shop illustrates an average person who lived his life in a changing society from prosperity to poverty. The author of this article analyzed My Rice Noodle Shop from three aspects. First, the author looked at the aspect of ”diet” in the story. Food is an important element that brings one's nostalgia for his hometown. Second, the author looked at the aspect of ”memory” to compare the main chaiacter's hometown between the past and the present. Third, the aspect of ”status transformation” was examined to explore the main character's life experience. Through the above three aspects, the author wanted to demonstrate the tragic component in an ordinary Person's migration from his hometown in mainload China to a new home in Taiwan.
