摘要

性侵害案件中精液檢體常被當作是關鍵性的跡證，若能針對現場可疑的體液或斑跡進行鑑定其是否為精液或精液斑，則對案情的研判將有極大的助益。本文針對現有的精液鑑定方法，依初步、確認以及發展中試驗等分類方式，分別介紹其常見方法的原理以及優缺點，除針對傳統試驗方法進行探討外，亦介紹目前發展中的精液鑑定方法，如以甲基化DNA與RNA標記進行精液的鑑定，希冀可提供法醫實務精液鑑定方法選擇的參考。

Semen is usually used as the critical evidence in the sexual assault cases. To determine whether the body fluid or stain observed in the crime scene is the semen or its stain will be helpful for criminal investigation. This report provides an overview of the principles, strengths and weaknesses of current methods for semen identification following the classifications of preliminary tests, confirmatory tests and the developing methods. In addition to the descriptions of the traditional methods in this report, the developing methods for semen identification, such as the methylated DNA and RNA identifications, were also included. We look forward to provide the candidate methods of semen identification for forensic practice.
