A Study of BIM Based Buildings' Facilities' Repair System

近年來BIM(Building Information Modeling)的架構所使用3D介面並提供完整的設施設備資料內容,可有助於管理單位效率提升。

When facilities exceptionally occurs, the operation method is either to repair or replace. It needs to be taken through a series of actions of notification with paperwork. Due to BIM's functionality and data-rich of facilities, it can help improve the efficiency of operation of the management unit. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use BIM to generate a facilities repair system platform. When a facility needs to be repaired, the platform can be used to quickly inform and understand the status, the location, and maintenance data of facilities. The proposed system includes QR Code, equipment positioning method; combined facilities data encoding systems, as well as different equipment repair orders under abnormal conditions. This study used the device list of door and window equipment as the model case, imported them into the system database, and output the graphics to BIM for demonstration. The results show that it can effectively improve the convenience and efficiency of users and administrators.
