運用協同合作方法落實校園防疫工作的學生輔導:以高雄醫學大學為例

Campus Epidemic Prevention and Student Guidance Through Collaborative Method: Kaohsiung Medical University as an Example

摘要


面對「2019冠狀病毒疾病」(coronavirus disease-2019,簡稱COVID-19,我國命名為「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎」)疫情的挑戰,大學如何做好校園防疫工作維護校園安全及師生健康的同時,又能確保學生的各種學習活動均能在防疫期間適當地進行,有賴完整的防疫計畫、校內各單位互相配合通力合作、全體師生共同配合防疫工作的進行等。有鑑於此,教育部通令全國各大學制訂校內防疫計畫。高雄醫學大學除制訂防疫計畫之外,更秉持協同合作方法,透過全校防疫會議與相關校內外積極溝通的作為凝聚利害關係人的共識,並對學生在防疫過程中面臨的挑戰予以健康輔導、心理輔導、生活輔導及社團輔導,安定學生的身心,並促使學生配合學校的防疫工作,讓防疫工作與學生輔導相輔相成。本文從協同合作方法及利害關係人理論的角度,介紹高雄醫學大學校園COVID-19防疫政策的制定與實施,以及學生輔導工作實務,期能做為大專校院因應防疫規劃與執行之參考。

As the "coronavirus disease-2019" (COVID-19, "severe special infectious pneumonia" in Taiwan) has continued threatening, it is vital for universities to reinforce campus epidemic prevention and secure the health of teachers and students. Meanwhile, students' various learning routines (including formal courses and extracurricular activities) can also be carried out appropriately during the epidemic prevention period. Such a goal depends on a complete epidemic prevention plan, the cooperation and cooperation of all units in the school, and the cooperation of all teachers and students. In view of this, the Ministry of Education urged all universities across the country to formulate an intra-campus epidemic prevention plan. In addition to formulating an epidemic prevention plan, Kaohsiung Medical University further adhered to a concerted effort to actively communicate with relevant internal and external schools through campus-wide epidemic prevention meetings to gather consensus among stakeholders, to encourage students to face challenges, and, more important, to provide health counseling, psychological counseling, life counseling, and club counseling to stabilize students' physical and mental condition, an endeavor that requires students to cooperate with schools' epidemic prevention work so that the epidemic prevention work and student counseling will complement each other. This article starts with concerted efforts and the stakes. From the perspective of human theory, it introduces the formulation and implementation of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention policy on the campus of Kaohsiung Medical University, as well as the practice of student guidance. It is expected to be used as a reference for the planning and implementation of epidemic prevention in colleges and universities.
