摘要

本研究主要目的在於探討休閒運動參與者對水域活動的認知與效益之研究，並以參與北海岸水域活動之休閒運動參與者爲研究對象。以便利抽樣針對北海岸地區居民及往來遊客總共300位水域活動參與者進行抽樣。得有效問卷280份，經過因素分析及信度分析，獲得五個穩定因素，分別命名爲「知識性」、「心理性」、「人爲影響」、「社會性」與「生理性」，經過相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數，研究結果發現：
一、男女在休閒運動參與者對水域活動的認知與效益因素上有顯著差異。
二、不同婚姻狀況休閒運動參與者對水域活動的認知與效益因素上有顯著差異。
三、不同個人因素休閒運動參與者對水域活動的認知與效益因素上有顯著差異。
四、政府在水域休閒活動上的推廣尚不足夠。

This research main goal lies in the discussion participation leisure movement to the waters activity cognition and the benefit research, and take participates in participation leisure movement the North Sea shore waters activity as the research object. Facilitates sampling participates in the waters activity in view of the North Sea shore area inhabitant and intercourse tourist altogether 300 to carry on sampling.
Effectively asked volume 280, the process factor analysis and a letter analysis, obtains five stable factors, the distinction naming is ”the knowledge”, ”the psychology”, ”the artificial influence”, ”the sociality” and ”the physiology”, the process correlation analysis, the independent sample t examination and the single factor variation number, the findings discovered:
1. The men and women have in the participation leisure movement to in the waters activity cognition and the benefit factor reveal the difference.
2. The different marital status participation leisure movement has to in the waters activity cognition and the benefit factor reveals the difference.
3. The different individual factor participation leisure movement has to in the waters activity cognition and the benefit factor reveals the difference.
4. Government's still was insufficient in waters leisure activity promotion not enough.
