Embedded System Design for Drinking Water Equipment

This article aims to integrate the software and the hardware to form a research framework, which is used for water pollution appraisement and prediction by means of Grey Sliding Mode Control (GSMC). With the findings of this study, it concerned can inform people of the contaminated water to deter the pollution from penetrating into drinking fountain and to ensure the quality of water. The research framework is to apply Grey predict to RO (Reverse Osmosis) automatic detecting system to monitor the quality of filter element. Through the application of optical detecting element, the system collects the available data and precedes the prediction judgment by means of Grey predict according to analysis figures released by relative voltage change of infrared rays. Then the system will release the information of filter change through the display of an indicator light or a buzzer. In the meantime, the automatic phone receiver will send the message to users or repairers to change filters for water quality assurance.
