台南市上班族之工作壓力與辦公室環境綠化態度及需求度之研究

A Study on Office Workers' Job Stress and the Attitude and Necessity of Green Office Environment in Tainan City

摘要

本研究旨在探討台南市上班族之工作壓力與辦公室環境綠化態度及需求度間之關係，透過問卷調查方式對台南市六個行政區內年滿18歲之全職上班族進行調查，共抽取有效問卷412份。研究結果發現，台南市上班族之工作壓力平均得分為3.28，高於中間值且趨於介於正向，在各量表構面中以「工作壓力」構面得分最高，顯示對台南市上班族而言，呆板制式化的工作是主要的壓力來源。其次，在辦公室環境綠化態度方面，全體受試者之平均數為3.85，在所有題項中，以「認知」及「情感」二構面得分最高，顯示受試者對植物能改善環境品質的功能最予以肯定，主觀情緒上亦喜愛花卉植物，而工作壓力及辦公室環境綠化態度會因受試者的性別、年齡、教育程度、職業與收入之不同而有顯著差異。再者，在辦公室環境綠化需求度方面，近七成六的上班族認為，自己的辦公環境需要綠化，而阻礙其餘二成四受試者進行綠化的主要因素為「辦公室空間不夠陳設」，在綠化的素材上，則以「合果芋」與「蝴蝶蘭」最受喜愛，最後藉由邏輯斯迴歸分析之結果發現，對「辦公室環境綠化需求度」預測力最高的變項為「辦公室環境綠化態度」，其次依序為「中年齡上班族」及「工作壓力」。

This study is aimed at discussing the relationship between office workers' job stress and the attitude along with the necessity of green office environment in Tainan City, issuing questionnaires to full-time office workers aged over 18 within the six administrative areas of Tainan City and collecting 412 valid questionnaire copies for analysis. It is discovered that the means of Tainan office workers' job stress is 3.28. Moreover, the dimension, ＂working pressure＂ has the highest score, indicating that tedious routine is the main source of job stress for office workers in Tainan City. Concerning the attitude of green office environment, the means of overall participants is 3.85, while two dimensions ,＂recognition＂ and ＂ emotion＂ has the highest score, indicating that the function of plants the participants approve of the most is to improve the quality of environment, and participants have nice feelings for flowers and plants, also. In addition, job stress and the attitude of green office environment tend to vary with different participants' gender, age, educational background, occupation, and monthly income. As for the necessity of green office environment, nearly 76% of participants believe their offices need more green plants. The other 24% of participants are against putting green plants in their offices because ＂the office is not spacious enough.＂. When it comes to the type of green plants, arrow-head vine and phalaenopsis are the most favored. Based on the result of logistic regression analysis, it is discovered that the best item in the variable predicting ＂the necessity of green office environment＂ is ＂the attitude of green office environment,＂ with the items of ＂middle-aged workers,＂ and ＂job stress＂ following behind.
