台南市上班族之工作壓力與綠化餐廳消費者態度及需求度之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Office Workers' Job Stress and Green Restaurant Consumers' Attitude and Demands in Tainan City

摘要

本研究皆在探討台南市上班族之工作壓力與綠化餐廳消費者態度及需求度間之關係，透過問卷調查方式對台南市六個行政區內年滿18歲之全職上班族進行調查，共抽取有效問卷402份。研究結果發現，台南市上班族之工作壓力平均得分為3.26，高於中間值且趨於正向，各題中又以「在工作中，我經常做很多重覆性的事」分數最高，顯示呆板制式化的工作是台南市上班族主要的壓力來源。其次，在綠化餐廳消費者態度方面，全體受試者之平均數為3.82，在各題中以「餐廳經花草植物綠化後，能降低眼睛疲勞」一題的得分最高，顯示受試者對植物舒緩視覺壓力的功能最予以肯定，而工作壓力及綠化餐廳消費者態度會因受試者的性別、年齡、教育程度、職業與收入之不同而有顯著差異。再者，在綠化餐廳需求度方面，近七成五的上班族認為，自己用餐的環境需要綠化，在整體綠化位置上，又以「櫃台上」、「餐桌上」及洗手間的「洗手台上」最受到上班族的重視，而在綠化的素材上，則以「白鶴芋」與「百合」最受喜愛，最後藉由邏輯斯迴歸分析之結果發現，對「綠化餐廳需求度」預測力最高的變項為「綠化餐廳消費者態度」，其次依序為「工作壓力」與「中年齡」組。

This study is aimed at discovering the relationship between office workers' job stress and green restaurant consumers' attitude and demands in Tainan City. It issues questionnaires to the full-time office workers aged over 18 in the six administrative regions of Tainan City, collecting 402 valid copies for further processing. It is concluded that the average score of office workers' job stress in Tainan City is 3.26, which is higher than the mean and tends to be positive. In addition, the study results suggest that a boring routine seems to be the primary cause of job stress for the participants, with the item ”I do loads of repetitive tasks at work” scoring the highest.Concerning green restaurant consumers' attitude, the mean of the overall participants is 3.82, with the item ”The green plants in the restaurant help to alleviate tired and sore eyes” scoring the highest. The study result suggests that the participants seem to approve of the benefits of green plants in reducing visual stress. On the other hand, green restaurant consumers' attitude and demands varies significantly with various participants' gender, age, educational background, occupation, and income.As to the consumer demands of green restaurants, nearly 75% of participants believe that their dining environment may need to have more green plants. Moreover, they prefer to see plants, peace lilies and lilies in particular, on restaurant counters, dining tables, and washbasins. Based on the result of logistic regression analysis, it is discovered that the best item in the variable predicting ”green restaurant consumers' demands” is ”green restaurant consumers' attitude,” with the items of ”job stress,” and ”middle-aged workers” following behind.
