本研究旨在探討台南市教保服務人員工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況。研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,所使用的問卷為「教保服務人員工作壓力與工作滿意度之調查問卷」,並以台南市公立幼兒園之教保服務人員為研究對象,回收之有效樣本522份。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結論如下: 一、台南市公立幼兒園教保服務人員整體工作壓力現況為小,其中人際關係及專業發展與回饋層面現況亦為小,但教保與行政層面現況為中等。 二、台南市公立幼兒園教保服務人員整體工作滿意度現況為未臻佳境,其中成長需求層面之現況亦為未臻佳境,但關係層面和生存需求層面現況為佳。 三、台南市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力的現況,因不同服務年資而有差異;不同年齡、職務之差異不大,而不同性別、學歷、幼兒園規模則無差異。 四、台南市公立幼兒園教保服務人員工作滿意度的現況,因不同學歷、職務、幼兒園規模而有差異;不同性別、年齡、服務年資之差異不大。 五、台南市公立教保服務人員工作壓力與工作滿意度係呈低度負相關。 六、台南市公立教保服務人員工作壓力與工作滿意度互具預測力。 根據研究結果對教育行政機關、幼兒園、教保服務人員及後續研究提出建議,以作為參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of PreSchool Educator in Tainan city. The questionnaire used was "A Questionnaire for Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of PreSchool Education ". The participants consisted of the preschool educator in Tainan City. A total of 522 effective samples were collected. The obtained data was analyzed with statistics methods such as descriptive statistics,t-test, one-way ANONA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study were summerized as follows: 1. Job stress of preschool educator of Tainan City public preschool is small. The status of professional development and feedback is small. The status of education and administration level is moderate. 2. Job satisfaction of preschool educator of Tainan City public preschool is normal. The status of growth needs is normal. The status of existence needs and relatedness needs are good. 3. The job stress of Tainan City preschool educator varies with service years. Different age and the job title have less influence. However, there is no difference in gender, education and school size. 4. The job satisfaction of Tainan City preschool educator varies with educationand, job title and school sizes. Different gender, age and the service years have less influence. 5. The job stress and job satisfaction of preschool educators in Tainan City were low-level negative correlation 6. The job stress and job satisfaction of preschool educators in Tainan City have relationship with each other. According to the conclusions, suggestions are made on education administration agencies, kindergartens, Preschool Educator and future research for reference.
