探討台南地區幼稚園教師工作壓力與幸福感之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討台南地區幼稚園教師工作壓力及幸福感的現況及兩者之間的關係。台南地區公私立幼稚園之教師為母群體,抽取500 位(有效問卷共430份)幼稚教師為研究對象進行資料收集。調查所得結果分別採取描述性統計、t 考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、皮爾森積差相關係數(Pearson)等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要發現與結果如下: 一、幼稚園教師整體工作壓力在各層面中,以「工作回饋」層面的工作壓力感受程度最大,「工作負擔」次之,再其次為「班級經營及教學」,而在「人際關係」層面上的工作壓力感受程度最小。 二、幼稚園教師在不同學校類別、婚姻狀況、年齡和服務年資、最高學歷上,其工作壓力的感受程度有顯著差異。 三、幼稚園教師整體幸福感的感受在各層面中,以「樂天知命」層面幸福感的感受程度最大,「自我滿足」次之,分別為「工作成就」、「樂觀」、「正向情感」,在「身體健康」層面上引發的幸福感的感受程度最小。 四、幼稚園教師在不同學校類別、不同婚姻狀況、年齡和服務年資上、最高學歷上,其幸福感的感受程度有顯著差異。 五、工作壓力各層面均與幸福感呈顯著負相關,顯示幼稚園教師工作壓力感受愈高,幸福感的感受就愈低。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current status and the relationship between work stress and well-being of kindergarten teachers in Tainan. Among the teachers in the public and private kindergarten in Tainan, 500 teachers were surveyed while430valid questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by several statistical methods, including Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson. The main findings and results are stated as follows: 1. Among the levels of kindergarten teachers’ work stress, the dimension of work feedback has the highest level of perceived work stress and is in turn followed by work load and interpersonal relationship. The dimension of classroom management and teaching has the lowest level of perceived work stress. 2. The levels of perceived work stress of kindergarten teachers differ significantly due to the differences among schools, age and seniority. However, there is no significant difference in perceived work stress among teachers with different marital status and education levels. 3. Among the levels of kindergarten teachers’ well-being, the dimension of being contented with life has the highest level of perceived well-being and is in turn followed by self-satisfaction, work achievement, optimistic and positive affect. The dimension of health has the lowest level of perceived well-being. 4. The levels of perceived well-being of kindergarten teachers differ significantly due to the different marital status, age and seniority. However, there is no significant difference in perceived well-being among teachers with the differences among schools and education levels. 5. There is a negative correlation between well-being and each dimension of work stress or all the dimensions of work stress as a whole, which means that the higher perceived work stress in kindergarten teachers is, the lower perceived well-being is.
