資優班教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之研究—以臺南市國小為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺南市國小資優班教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況、差異及相關情形,以自編「臺南市國小資優班教師工作壓力與工作滿意度調查問卷」,針對臺南市48位國小資優班教師進行調查,回收率為95.83%。所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關分析進行資料處理,獲得下列幾項結論: 一、臺南市國小資優班教師的整體工作壓力屬「中等程度」。 二、臺南市國小資優班教師的整體工作滿意度屬「中上程度」。 三、不同背景之臺南市國小資優班教師的工作壓力差異情形 1.不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、資優班年資、班級人數、兼職狀況、聘用方式、任教資優班理由之臺南市國小資優班教師,其整體工作壓力皆無顯著差異。 2.不同專業背景之臺南市國小資優班教師在整體工作壓力出現顯著差異。 3.不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、資優班年資、班級人數、兼職狀況、聘用方式之臺南市國小資優班教師,在工作壓力之四個構面(工作負荷、人際關係、專業知能、行政支持)皆無顯著差異。 4.不同專業背景、班級人數、任教資優班理由之臺南市國小資優班教師,在工作壓力之四個構面(工作負荷、人際關係、專業知能、行政支持)出現顯著差異。 四、不同背景之臺南市國小資優班教師的工作滿意度差異情形 1.不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、專業背景、資優班年資、班級人數、兼職狀況、聘用方式、任教資優班理由之臺南市國小資優班教師,其整體工作滿意度皆無顯著差異。 2.不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、專業背景、資優班年資、班級人數、聘用方式之臺南市國小資優班教師,在工作滿意度之五個構面(教學工作、教學環境、行政支持、工作報酬、人際關係)皆無顯著差異。 3.不同兼職狀況、不同任教資優班理由之臺南市國小資優班教師在工作滿意度之五個構面(教學工作、教學環境、行政支持、工作報酬、人際關係)出現顯著差異。 五、臺南市國小資優班教師整體工作壓力與整體工作滿意度達顯著負相關,當資優班教師工作壓力越高,則工作滿意度就越低。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation, differences and related situations of the job pressure and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers for gifted education in Tainan. A survey of 48 elementary school teachers in Tainan, and the recovery rate was 95.83%. The data were processed by descriptive statistics, t test, single factor variance analysis and Pearson product variance correlation analysis, and the following conclusions were obtained: 1.Teachers from the gifted classes in elementary schools in Tainan felt "moderate" working pressure, and "workload" felt the most stressful. 2.The work satisfaction of the teachers of the gifted classes in elementary schools in Tainan is "upper middle", and the job satisfaction with "teaching work" is the highest. 3.There are significant differences in work pressures among teachers in the Tainan elementary school in different grades of education, professionalism, class size, and reasons for teaching gifted classes. 4.There are significant differences in job satisfaction among teachers in the gifted classes of the elementary school in Tainan with different positions and reasons for teaching gifted classes. 5.The overall work pressure of gifted teachers in elementary schools in Tainan is significantly related to the overall job satisfaction. The higher the work pressure of gifted teachers, the lower the job satisfaction.
