國民小學教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之研究 —以臺中市市立國小為例

論文名稱:國民小學教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之研究—以臺中市市立國小為例 校 院 系:中臺科技大學文教事業經營研究所 頁數:159頁 畢業時間:2019/01/24 學 位 別:碩士 研 究 生:蔡旻芬 指導教授:黃寶園博士 摘 要 本研究旨在瞭解國小教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況,並探討二者關係及預測力。 本研究從 106 年度臺中市公立國民小學編制內合格教師抽選 555 名教師為研究對象,以「國小教師工作壓力量表」及「國小教師工作滿意度量表」為研究工具進行資料蒐集。將所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數、Pearson 積差相關和多元迴歸進行分析與處理,獲致以下結論: 一、 國小教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況:(一)工作壓力感受接近「中等程度」。(二) 工作滿意度較接近「中等程度」。 二、不同背景變項的國小教師,在工作壓力與工作滿意度的差異情形: (一)不同年齡、服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模在工作壓力上的 差異達顯著水準。 (二) 不同性別、婚姻狀況、學校規模在工作滿意度上的差異達顯 著水準。 三、國小教師工作壓力與工作滿意度的相關達顯著水準。 四、國小教師工作壓力對於工作滿意度具有預測力。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,供教育主管單位與國小教師參考。 關鍵詞:國小教師、教師工作壓力、教師工作滿意度

Title:A Study on Work Stress and Job Satisfaction of Teachers in Taichung Public Elementary Schools Name of Institute:Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology         Graduate Institute of Cultural and Educational Management Graduation Time:2013/06/29    Pages:159 Student:Tsai,Min-Fen       Degree:Master                  Adviser:Dr. Bao-Yuan Huang Abstract The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of work stress and job satisfaction of primary and secondary teachers, and to explore the relationship between them and their predictive power. In this study, 555 teachers from Qualified Teachers in Taichung City Public National Primary School were selected as the research object, and the “National Teacher Work Stress Scale” and “National Teacher Work Satisfaction Scale” were used as research tools for data collection. The obtained data were analyzed and processed by descriptive statistics, single factor change, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple regression, and the following findings were obtained: 1.The current situation of the work pressure and job satisfaction of the teachers of the primary and secondary schools: (1) The feeling of work stress is close to "medium level". (2) Job satisfaction is closer to “medium level”. 2.The situation of the work pressure and job satisfaction of the national teachers with different background variables: (1) The difference in work pressure between different ages, service years, positions of service, and school size has reached a significant level.(2) The differences in job satisfaction between different genders, marital status, and school size have reached a significant level. 3.The relationship between the work pressure of the national primary school teachers and job satisfaction has reached a significant level. 4.The work pressure of the national primary school teachers has predictive power for job satisfaction. Finally, the study is based on the research results, and further recommendations for educational authorities and national teachers.
