學生家長對學校形象期望與滿意度之研究-以臺中縣一所國民小學為例

A Study on Parents' Expectation and Satisfaction of the Image of a School-A Case Study of an Elementary School in Taichung County

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中縣一所國民小學不同背景家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度現況及差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以學區內所有家長為研究對象。採普查方式進行問卷調查,有效樣本計有484份。研究工具為研究者們自編之「臺中縣國民小學家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度調查量表」。根據研究發現,所得的結論如下:一、該所國民小學家長對學校形象知覺期望與滿意度現況屬於中上程度,以「功能形象」層面滿意度表現最佳。二、該所國民小學家長因性別、教育程度、子女就學狀況的不同,對學校形象知覺期望重要性有顯著差異。三、該所國民小學家長因性別、子女就學狀況的不同,對學校形象知覺認知滿意度有顯著差異。四、該所國民小學家長對學校形象知覺認知滿意度有顯著差異,以「畢業生在國中學習的整體表現,獲得肯定」、「學生的學習成效,符合家長期待」、「學生有氣質」為急需改善之處。本研究最後根據研究發現與結論,對校長、學校及未來研究者提出具體建議。

This study aims to probe into the current situation and the differences between the expectation and satisfaction of the students' parents from different backgrounds in the elementary school in Taichung County. This study method is adopted questionnaire with the parents within the school district as the research objects. Census method is applied to conduct the questionnaire survey, thus generating 484 valid samples. The research tool is the “Scale for the Parents' Expectation and Satisfaction of the School Image Perception in an Elementary School in Taichung County” made by the researchers.The research results were summarized as follows:1. The parents' expectation and satisfaction towards the school image perception is above the average, and among of all, the Functional Image has the best performance.2. Based on the differences in parents' genders, educational backgrounds and children's living conditions, there shows a significant difference in their expectations of the school image in this school.3. Based on the differences in parents' genders and children's living conditions, there shows a significant difference in their satisfactions of the school image perception in this school.4. There exists a significant difference in parents' satisfaction of the school image perception Among of them, ”The overall learning performances of the graduates in junior high schools obtain the commendation,” ”The learning performances of students meet the expectations of their parents,” and ”The temperament of students” are the three items that need to be improved immediately.To this end, the study offers constructive suggestions to the school principals, the school itself and the future researchers for the reference based on its findings and the results.
