Discussion on Local Cultural Innovation Service Process -A Case Study of Taiwan You Good Food

摘要


The raging food safety storm has the general public worrying about the food they purchase. No doubt, the market abounds in food with inferior quality. Consequently, consumers have difficulty identifying the genuine taste of biscuits. In view of this phenomenon, the present study endeavors to build a biscuit knowledge-based teaching-type tour factory, which combines experiencing and evaluating local hand-made biscuits. It aims to transmit the know-how of biscuit making and biscuit makers' experience to the general public. In addition, it looks forward to share with the public the concept of what is meant by being non-additive and natural. It provides knowledge about food safety and conveys local features and cultural spirit. This factory will become a limelight in Taiwan and in furtherance moves toward globalization and sustainable management.
