運動彩券從業人員專業能力需求之探討

摘要

受大眾關注的運動彩券已於2008年5月2日正式開賣。至目前爲止發行近一年的時間，運動彩券的發行使運動休間，觀光產業等都受到運動博奕事業的影響。因爲彩券發行各式各樣的專業職缺因應而生，而有哪些專業能力是運動彩券的從業人員所應具備的，一直沒有一個明確的指標。研究者以半結構式訪談，針對運動彩券有相關研究知識的學者、業者來進行深度訪談。綜合研究者文獻蒐集和訪談結果後得之以下結論：
一、運動彩券本身的玩法與一般彩券不同。我們目前所看到坊間的數字彩券屬於一種隨機性的開號彩券。然而運動彩券必須經過賽事分析，判斷比賽隊伍實力、近期戰況等資訊後才能決定下注的隊伍。因此運動彩券發行後，「運動彩券分析師」成爲一個關鍵的專業職缺。
二、運動彩券發行雖衍生出許多不同職缺，卻欠缺專業能力的肯定。因此在運動彩券專業能力方面需要政府的支持以及學術界的支援。在學校方面增加博奕課程，以培養學術界學生進入博奕專業領域中。

The publicly attended sport lottery has been officially issued on May 2nd 2008. So far, it has been sold for one year. The issuing of sport lottery makes sport and leisure and sightseeing industry etc. have been the cause of the impact of sports game. They has been no obvious guide to show what kind of professional skills that should be have by sport lottery employees. Researchers interview with scholars and business who has related study and knowledge of sport lottery with semi-structured interview. Summarizing the studies and interview generate the result following below:
1. the game rules of sport lottery are different from the general one. Generally we have seen the number of lottery is a random ticket. However the sports lottery must be analyzed the event, strength teams and the recent fighting team and so on then you can determine to bet. Therefore after the release of sports lottery, ”the sport lottery analyst” has become an essential specialized duty to lack.
2. The sport lottery release has many different professional job vacancies but certainly the lack of professional competence. Consequently sports lottery in the professional ability needed the support of the Government, as well as academic support. We can increase the course on game in the school to train the academic students enter in the game professional field.
