The purpose of this research is to explore significant differences in life wellness based on different demographics of university students. With the l students of a university in Tainan area as subjects and using survey instruments for data collection, 650 surveys were distributed and 514 valid surveys were returned for a rate of 79.1%. The returned data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and MANOVA. The results showed that the subjects had the highest scores for social dimension of perceived wellness. Different genders showed significant differences in the degree of social and emotional dimensions of perceived wellness. Different attending years in school showed significant differences in physical dimension of perceived wellness. Different grade point average (GPA) levels showed significant differences in psychological and emotional dimensions of perceived wellness.
