高中職學校橄欖球運動代表隊發展與阻礙因素之研究

摘要

本研究以高中職運動代表隊為對象，了解高中職橄欖球代表隊發展與阻礙因素，進而探討高中職學校對橄欖球運動代表隊支持情況，其次探討高中職橄欖球運動代表隊發展及參與代表隊阻礙因素是否對橄欖球運動代表隊支持情況有相關性影響，研究所得結果如下：一、高中職橄欖球運動代表隊發展及參與代表隊阻礙因素構面為「個人因素」、「心理因素」、「場地設施與設備改善」、「人際關係」、「教練因素」；高中職學校對橄欖球運動代表隊支持度之情況為「學校支持度」、「經費補助」、「獎勵辦法」二、高中職橄欖球運動代表隊發展及參與代表隊阻礙因素影響自變項的因素，以「心理因素」、「人際關係」、「教練因素」三個構面有明顯顯著性。三、學校對於橄欖球運動代表隊支持度與發展之影響影響自變項的因素在「經費補助」、「獎勵辦法」兩個構面有差異性。四、國內橄欖球運動球員，以國中、高中職學校培養為主要來源。

This research is base on the senior high athletic teams. Understanding of the development and obstruction of the senior high football team and to discuss how high schools sport the football team. And to discuss what will be effected between participate and sport the team. Theses are the conclusion:1. The obstructions of the football team and participation will be ”Personal Considerations”, ”Psychological Factor”, ”Improving Facilities And Equipment”, ”Interpersonal Relationships”, ”Coach Factor”, and three ways that the high school will sort the team ”Supporting of School”, ”Subsidization”, ”Incentives”.2. The obstructions of the football team and participation will be three variable factors: ”Psychological Factor”, ”Interpersonal Relationships”, ”Coach Factor”.3. The school will effect the team by two variable factors: ”Subsidization”, ”Incentives”.4. The main source of the football team member is training from junior and senior high school.
