摘要

This research aim is Understanding central set Baseball in institute of higher education in the region to deliver the fielder's satisfaction for training first, research object for take part in for 2010 the middle of the years, whole Country B in the institute of higher educaiton in the department region three sets of Baseball league match Baseballs deliver a fielder first total 226, And use ”central set Baseball in institute of higher educaiton in the region delivers the fielder training satisfaction generous character first form” as to study the tool, carry out a questionnaire, result detection: 一, central set Baseball in institute of higher educaiton in the region deliver first the fielder attains in the whole training satisfaction in top degree, the contestants get a goal on ”the instruction and professional ability of coach” factor factor the highest, get a goal on ”personal performance” factor factor lowest 二, central set Baseball in institute of higher educaiton in the region of more different background variable first deliver a fielder after the situation of whole training satisfaction, find that all doing not attain is notable to differ（p＜.05）三, the more different background variable central set Baseball in institute of higher Educaiton in the region first deliver a fielder in different grade, different ball age, different player's position, weekly different practice number at train the Performance of Satisfaction each factor all don't attain the notable difference.
