台南市自行車騎士從事休閒活動參與動機與休閒效益之研究

摘要

本研究目旨在的探討：（1）了解自行車騎士人口統計分布情形；（2）不同背景變項之自行車騎士參動機與休閒效益之差異；（3）自行車騎士之參與動機與休閒效益的相關程度。研究者以台南市安平運河沿岸自行車騎士為研究對象以「自行車騎士參與動機與休閒效益量表」為研究工具，進行問卷調查。再以次數、百分比、標準差、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定及皮爾森相關分析等方法進行統計分析。本研究主要發現如下：1.自行車騎士男性與女性參與者人數相當。年齡集中於21～30歲之中壯年，收入金額為25,001元～35,000元之間，職業以工商服務業為主，學歷以大專程度為多數。2.經由因素分析萃取參與動機因素構面為「休閒娛樂」、「心理因素」、「健康體適能」與「社會因素」；休閒效益因素構面為「社交效益」、「生理效益」與「心理效益」。3.不同年齡、收入金額、職業與學歷在參與動機上具有顯著性差異。4.不同性別、年齡、收入金額與職業在休閒效益具有顯著性差異。5.休閒動機與休閒效益具有顯著正相關。

The purposes of this study were: (1) to comprehensively understand the participating status of cyclists; (2) the demographical differences between cyclist's Leisure motivation (LM) and Leisure benefits (LB); (3) the relationships between cyclist's LM and LB. The researcher used measurement form surveyed the cyclist's in Anping District of Tainan city. Then, by means of frequency, percentage, standard deviation, factor analysis, description statistic, independence specimen T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's method and Pearson product-moment correlation to statistic and analyze.The research reveal as below:1. The cyclist's of male and female were almost equally. The age of cyclists focuses on 21 to 30. The average income is 25,001 to 40,000. Most of academic backgrounds are university degree and most of them are working in commerce and service industry.2. The dimension of factors of LM were ”leisure entertainment”, ”psychological factor” , ”fitness” and ”physiological factor”;The dimension of factor of LB were ”social benefit”; ”physiological benefit” and ”psychological”.3. There were significant differences in LM among the variables of age, average personal monthly income, profession, graduate.4. There were significant differences in LB among the variables of gender, age, average personal monthly income.5. There were positive relationships between LM and LB.
