摘要


本研究主要探討中華民國水中運動協會水上救生教練教學效能之研究,以及本研究採普查方式進行,以自編問卷為研究工具,共發出研究問卷190份,回收有效問卷169份,有效問卷回收率為88.94%,所得資料經統計分析後發現,中華民國水中運動協會水上救生教練,其自評之教學效能為中上程度;不同「教學年資」與「教育程度」之水上救生教練,在教學效能之部分層面有顯著差異。

This study focused on the Teaching Effectiveness of the Republic of China Athletic Association coach lifesaving water, as well as the way the census taken in this study to self questionnaire as a research tool, issued a total of 190 research questionnaires were returned 169 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate to 88.94%, the resulting data after statistical analysis found that the Republic of China water sports Association water rescue trainer, its effectiveness as a self-assessment of the extent of teaching; water of different "years of teaching" and "education" lifesaving instructor, teaching effectiveness there are significant differences in the level of the section.
