本研究是透過經研究者所設計之即時回饋水中適應課程介入陸戰隊游泳教學過程中,探討對新兵游泳技能提升之成效。研究對象為103年海軍陸戰隊義務役新兵或常備兵役軍事訓練等梯次新兵,在其為期4-5天的游泳課程集訓期程期間施以1天8小時之本課程介入,於整體課程結束後評量其游泳技能之學習提升成效。本研究中的主要研究方法係利用游泳教學、即時回饋、課程設計理論等文獻進行文獻分析法後進行課程設計,並利用專家意見法,建構即時回饋水中適應課程;游泳技能學習成效分析則採准實驗設計方式,針對同一時期新兵游泳教學課程期間,隨機分配的兩班受訓新兵分為實驗組與對照組,實驗組透過為期一天的即時回饋課程介入後,與對照組同時實施游泳技能測驗,提供作為游泳技能學習成效差異之分析。所獲得的前後測成績資料經利用SPSS for Windows 18.0 統計套裝軟體進行相依樣本t考驗,檢驗新兵之游泳技能教學之學習成效差異。經研究發現:本研究所設計之即時回饋水中適應課程適,對於學習成效上有顯著差異,顯示本課程相當適合在對合未具游泳技能或懼水之陸戰隊新兵於游泳訓練課程使用或操課。未來建議除應針對陸戰隊新兵中懼水人員進行游泳課程設計外,應於適當時間由授課教官與學員進行導引與反思,促進懼水人員互相融入的學習並產生更高學習興趣及意願。
The purpose of the study was to research the influence of the instant feedback water adopt course on effectiveness of the Marine Corps swimming training. The study participants were the class of 2014 military conscripts or volunteer military servicemen in the Republic of China Marine Corps. The result influence has been evaluated after the instant feedback water adopt course has been applied eight hours a day over the four to five days intense swimming training. In this study, the main method was quasi-experiment design. The analysis of the swimming skills learning effectiveness has been conducted via the two groups (experimental and control groups) during the swimming training. in which the participants have been randomly distributed into All participants have taken swimming tests after the designed course has been applied on the experimental group for one day in order to provide test scores for the swimming skills learning effectiveness analysis. The test scores have been analyzed by SPSS Paired-Samples t-test for Windows 18.0 to reveal the difference made by the designed course in the participants’ swimming training. This study has found that the designed instant feedback water adopt course created significant differences in the swimming skills learning effectiveness. The result has shown that the designed course has been very suitable for the trainees who have been unable to swim or afraid of water in the Republic of China Marine Corps. In the future, other than creating customized swimming lessons for the trainees who are afraid of water in the Republic of China Marine Corps, we have also suggested that the instructors should apply proper guidance and trainees should conduct self-examination timely in order to promote interactive learning among the trainees and to generate higher interests and wills toward swimming.
