探討音樂能量調節身心平衡功能之研究-以海軍陸戰隊學校為例

摘要


在傳統禮教的制約,以及生活在工作繁重、步調緊湊的環境下,人們無可避免的累積了許多負面情緒及生活壓力。進入二十一世紀後,許多人開始體認到身心一體的重要,保持情緒的穩定,才能讓身心和諧健康。因此,都相信音樂是一種可以調解心靈的最佳媒介,可以適時舒解身心壓力,使負面情緒釋放,調和情緒狀態,給予安慰與治療。 為探討音樂的療傷功能、效果及運用,即為本研究的主要目的。本研究採用質性的深度訪談分析後,再以量化的統計及檢定,驗證音樂確實能減緩負面情緒,保持身心愉快。在此研究中結果顯示,可以使得面臨壓力者,對於舒解壓力有更深一層的選擇;其次,對於選用音樂的類別、型態及有聲的重要性,可以帶給人們如獲重生一般的感受及影響;其三為音樂對於醫療的功效。 本研究也以統計分析對於音樂的認知,分析在不同對象中,軍、士官對音樂認知無顯著差異;不同之性別對音樂認知有顯著差異;各不同之服務年資對於音樂之認知不完全相等; 各不同年齡層對於音樂認知有顯著差異。

Living within the constraints of traditional confucianism and live in a heavy workload and pace compact environment, we inevitably accumulated many of the negative emotions and pressure of life.Into the 21st century many people began to realize that the importance of maintaining physical and mental stability and harmony was related to maintaining a healthy body and mind. Therefore, music is the best medium to ensure stability of the mind and can ensure a timely relief of physical and mental pressure, the release of negative emotions, and allow the reconcilement of the emotional state to treat multiple problems. In investigate the function and effect of the music's healing, the main purpose of this study, qualitative research demonstrated that the choice of music played after the beginning of the experiment confirmed that the music can calm and reduce negative emotions and maintain a pleasant state of mind. The results of this study also demonstrate that, as with listening to music,the therapeutic elements of art is confirmed with equal authenticity;that the imaginative elements inspired by art, integrated into the music, let the mind completely release the pressure, enable an enjoyment of freedom, detail to us how to use music to establish self-confidence, physical and mental health, and act in a more dynamic manner. This research also analyzes in the different object by statistics analysis for the musical cognition, soldier, sergeant to music cognize without the notable difference;The different sex has notable difference to music cognition;The cognition of music for each different service past service is incompletely equal; Each not the of an age layer have the notable difference to music cognition.
