定向運動課程對生活效能與團隊凝聚力之影響研究

摘要


本研究目的旨在測量定向運動課程效益,包括:生活效能與團隊凝聚力。為檢驗定向運動課程的成效,本研究針對78位參與者以生活效能與團隊凝聚力兩個量表,進行前、後測以及兩個月後的延續效果追蹤。同時,採用效果值來探究不同時間點的能力改變程度,研究結果發現,定向運動課程對參與者的生活效能及團隊凝聚力有正面的影響。最後,研究者針對實務課程與未來研究提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the orienteering courses, including: life-effectiveness and group cohesion. The scales of life-effectiveness and group cohesion were used to evaluate the course effects for 78 participants. The scores of pre-test and post-test as well as follow-up test after two months were compared. Also, the effect size was taken to measure how much the change was at different time points. According to the results, this orienteering course could positively promote participants' life-effectiveness and group cohesion. In the end, suggestions for the following research and future courses design were made.
