摘要


目的:本文獻回顧旨在收集國外精英籃球運動員的運動能力(最大肌力、敏捷性和垂直跳躍能力)數據。方法:本文獻回顧使用PubMed資料庫搜尋2010年後發表之期刊以收集國外職業和大學籃球員的最大肌力,改變方向的能力和垂直跳躍能力的數據。結果:臥推和深蹲各為上下肢最大力量的檢測項目,而且增加肌力和爆發力能夠提高抗疲勞性,從而提升比賽場上的表現。因為比賽節奏比以往更快,進攻和防守範圍比以往更大,跑動距離也比以往增加,這樣會對運動員的敏捷性能力COD需求增加,而COD能力還與身體成分、爆發力和平衝能力等等有關。垂直跳躍是比賽場上必要的動作,增加最大垂直跳躍高度能夠增加個人運動表現,也讓對手難以預測動作,可以在比賽場上成為勝利的關鍵,垂直跳躍也可以當作評估神經肌肉疲勞的指標之一。結論:因為國內尚未有精英籃球員運動能力的數據作為參考,本回顧通過關鍵字包含最大肌力,改變方向的能力和垂直跳躍得到不同國家聯賽精英籃球員的運動能力數據,以供國內運動員和教練作參考。

Purpose: This reviewcollects data on the sports performance of foreign basketball players, and focuses on maximum strength, agility performance, and vertical jump. Methods: This review usesPubMed search in this paper to collect data on the sports performance of foreign basketball players. Results: Bench press and squat are the test items for the maximum strength of the upper and lower limbs and increasing muscle strength and explosive strength can improve fatigue resistance, thereby improving performance on the field. Because the pace of the game is faster than before, and the offensive and defensive range are larger than before, this will increase the demand for athlete's agility COD, which is also related to body composition, explosiveness, and balance. Vertical jumping is a necessary action on the field of play. Increasing the maximum vertical jump height can increase individual sports performance and make it difficult for opponents to predict movements. It can be the key to victory on the field of play. Vertical jumping can also be used as an indicator for evaluating neuromuscular fatigue. Conclusions: The sports performance data (e.g., maximum muscle strength, change of direction performances, and vertical jumping) of basketball players in different national leagues were obtained through keyword searching, to provide a reference for local athletes and coaches.
