籃球運動員之運動能力檢測方法探討

Investigation on Testing Method of Basketball Players' Sports Ability

摘要


本文主要探討籃球員的專項運動能力與疲勞檢測以及訓練,利用過去相關研究進行探討。並整理出籃球員較常訓練的專項能力項目有短距離的衝刺能力、垂直跳躍能力以及敏捷能力。在過去有許多研究報告指出,不同的訓練方式會影響籃球員在比賽中的表現,也會對籃球員的個人能力有不少的影響。好比短距離衝刺跳能力影響著選手在快攻與回防的速度,垂直跳躍能力則在阻攻與進攻扮演著重要的角色,能降低對手得分以及提升得分機率,最後好的敏捷能力能讓後衛球員爭取到更多擺脫防守員的機會,搭配上好的短距離衝刺能力以及戰術的配合使得進攻方有更多空檔製造得分機會。最後,希望藉由本文獻回顧能普及運動科學相關知識,提高訓練效率降低受傷風險以獲取比賽佳績。

The aim of this article is about the specific athletic ability test fatigue and training for basketball players. According to some related research from the past, and sort out that there are three movement skills (sprint speed, vertical jump and agility) which most of the basketball players will focus on with their training program. Some research has pointed out that, different training method will cause some effect on the performance of a basketball player throughout the game, and will also make some influence to the personal skills of basketball players. As an example, short distance sprint speed can make some influence on the fast break and the pace of getting back to defense, vertical jump will take a big part in attempting to block shot and offensive rebound, which can make a direct effect on dropping the percentages of scoring from the opponent or increasing the scoring chances of the team. The last but not least, having a good agility allow guards to have a higher chance to get rid of the defender, also when the player has a good sprint pace and some tactical coordination can let the offensive side take a lot of advantage. To conclude, we expect this document can popularize sport science related knowledge, and also to help teams to get a good result in the competition by increase the efficiency in the training and lower the percentage of getting injured.
