探討不同種類之阻力訓練能量消耗

摘要


能量攝取與消耗對於運動習慣者而言有一定的重要性,準確的計算能增加訓練的效益。阻力訓練再近幾年受到大眾的歡迎,許多研究顯示不僅適合各族群也適用於各年齡層,許多人利用阻力訓練來達到雕塑身材的目的。大多數的能量消耗都聚焦於有氧訓練,不過阻力訓練的不同訓練計畫能帶來不一樣的能量消耗程度。目的:本文藉由文獻探討方式,整理過去相關阻力訓練時能量消耗之文獻,希望能讓運動習慣者更了解自身能量消耗情況。方法:本文搜尋1978至2021年的文獻資料庫,包括PubMed以及華藝中文電子期刊之中英文文獻。結果:總共蒐集34篇期刊,並整理出阻力訓練時,不同反覆次數、組數以及休息時間以及負荷都有不同的能量消耗程度,其中高負荷、短休息時間能達到更高的能量消耗。另外,目前研究較多偏向一般人的消耗情況,因此還不是用於專業運動員。結論:在阻力訓練的計畫安排上,若是想藉此來達到消耗能量的目的,不僅是計算訓練中的消耗情況,也應該將運動後過攝氧量一併納入考量。如此一來才能提升計算的準確性。

Energy intake and expenditure are important for most people. Accurate calculation of energy can increase the effect of training. Resistance training has become popular in recent years, many studies have shown that it is suitable not only for all ethnic groups but also for all ages. Many people use resistance training to achieve the purpose of sculpting their bodies. Energy expenditure is often focused on aerobic training, but different training programs of resistance training can lead to different levels of energy expenditure. Purpose: This paper organizes the literature about energy consumption during resistance training in the past by means of literature research and aims to help exercise habitants better understand their own energy consumption. Methods: This article searched the literature database from 1978 to 2021, including PubMed and Huayi Chinese electronic journals in Chinese and English. Results: A total of 34 journals was collected, and during resistance training, different repetitions, number of sets, rest time and load had different degrees of energy consumption, among which high load and short rest time could achieve higher energy consumption. In addition, the current research is more biased towards the consumption of ordinary people, so it is not used for professional athletes. Conclusion: In the planning and arrangement of resistance training, if you want to use this to achieve the purpose of consuming energy, you should not only calculate the consumption during training, but also take into account the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption. In this way, the accuracy of the calculation can be improved.
