台語俗諺對婆媳互動關係之描繪及其現代意義
The Depiction of Taiwanese Proverbs toward the Interactions between Mother-in-law and Daughter-in law and the Modern Meanings of the Proverbs
摘要
傳統社會中，婆媳之間的關係是夫妻關係良窳的關鍵。即使在現代社會，婆媳問題仍對夫妻相處的品質擁有決定性的影響。夫妻經營良好婚姻滿意度，將有助於婆媳相處，而媳婦真心孝順公婆，不但可以減少婆媳衝突，也可增進婚姻及生活滿意度。「台語俗諺」，是三、四百年來普遍流傳於台灣民間的語句，它運用簡單而通俗的話語，反映出深刻的人生道理。這些俗諺無疑是台灣先民在這片土地辛勤奮鬥耕耘的各種體會之總結，是生活智慧的結晶。本論文選擇兩性關係中與婆媳互動關係有關的台語俗諺，探討其意義，包括五個部分。第一、「做人新婦知道理」，第二、「新婦袂著大家意」，第三、「袂生袂孵犯人嫌」，第四、「大家心情誰瞭解」，第五、「歹新婦氣死大家」。並依據前項之探討，歸納提出現代意義及其對「婆婆」、「媳婦」及「為人子（夫）者」，以為現代台灣人在處理婆媳相處議題的啟示與指導方針。

In the traditional society, the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is the key to that between husbands and wives. Even in the modern society, the problems of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law still have decisive influences on the interactive quality of couples. The degree of satisfaction of couples managing fine marriages will help mother-in law and daughter-in-law get along with each other. Moreover, daughter-in-law showing filial obedie to mother-in-law can not only decrease the conflicts between them but also improve the degree of satisfaction of marriage and life. ”Taiwanese Proverbs” are sentences which are commonly spread in the countryside of Taiwan for three or four hundred years. The proverbs reflect profound life principles by using simple and popular words. The proverbs are definitely the conclusion of every realization from Taiwanese ancestors' toil on this land, and the essence of life intelligence. This essay chose several proverbs which are related to the interactions between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law in that between males and females to investigate the meanings. The proverbs mentioned above included five parts. The first one was, zue lan shin bu zai do li, second, shin bu mue dio da ge I, third, mue se mue bu huan lan hiam, forth, da ge shim jim shan liao gai, and the fifth, pai shin bu ki si da ge. And the essay concluded the modern meanings and the advise for mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, sons, and husbands according to the previous investigation to make them become the inspirations and instructions for the Taiwanese when dealing with the issues of getting along between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
