摘要

為瞭解市售含精油成分之粧品中是否有違法攙加前行政院衛生署公告禁止使用之甲醇、苯、二氯甲烷、鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate, DBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二（2-甲氧基乙基）酯(bis(2-methoxyethyl) phthalate, DMEP)、鄰苯二甲酸二正戊酯(di-n-pentyl phthalate, DnPP)、鄰苯二甲酸二異戊酯(diisopentyl phthalate, DIPP)、鄰苯二甲酸丁酯苯甲酯(benzyl butyl phthalate, BBP)、鄰苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯(bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, DEHP)及鄰苯二甲酸二正辛酯(di-n-octyl phthalate, DnOP)等成分，本署於102年1至12月間受理各縣市衛生局於百貨行、公司行號、藥粧店及美容中心等處抽驗檢體33件，以氣相層析質譜法予以檢驗。結果顯示：30件檢體符合規定(90.9%)，3件檢體不合格(9.1%)，不合格項目分別為鄰苯二甲酸酯類成分2件，1件檢出苯。不合格產品均已移請衛生局查處。

In order to investigate the quality of marketed cosmetics containing essential oils, 33 samples were randomly collected from cosmetics stores, drug stores and pharmacies by local health bureaus in Taiwan from January to December, 2013. These samples were analyzed for methanol, benzene, dichloromethane and the seven phthalate esters, including BBP, DBP, DEHP, DIPP, DMEP, DnOP and DnPP, by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that phthalate esters were detected in 2 samples; the contents were higher than the 100 ppm limit announced by the Department of Health. Benzene was detected in 1 sample.
