摘要

食藥署102及103年度受理食品摻加西藥檢驗案件共計1,665件檢體，其中391件檢出西藥成分或非標示成分，不合格率為23.5%。依受理案件類別統計，屬直轄市及縣市衛生局轉送消費者申請案件及司法檢警調機關送驗之服務案件有685件，檢出228件(33.3%)；屬衛生行政機關之抽查案件有980件，檢出163件(16.6%)。依檢體標示或送驗單位指定檢驗效能類別進行統計，檢出件數最多為減肥類(201件)，其次為補腎滋養類(壯陽類)(171件)。檢出西藥成分頻率排前3名依序為Phenolphthalein、Sibutramine及Sildenafil。檢出成分除了一般西藥成分外，102及103年度亦檢出壯陽西藥成分Sildenafil、Tadalafil、Vardenafil及減肥西藥成分Sibutramine之類緣物共23種，檢驗結果將提供行政管理單位制定政策之參考。

In this report, 1,665 samples of commercial dietary supplements were surveyed for the presence of pharmaceutical adulterants in the year 2013 and 2014. The results showed that 23.5% (391/1,665) samples were adulterated. Among them, 685 samples from the consumer service centers of the local health authorities and other governmental institutions were found 33.3% (228/685) to be adulterated. The 980 inspection samples from local health authorities were found 16.6% (163/980) adulteration. In most of case, the pharmaceutical adulterants were used for weight loss (201 samples) and erectile dysfunction treatment (177 samples). The top three were phenolphthalein, sibutramine and sildenafil. In addition to pharmaceutical chemicals, twenty three analogues of sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and sibutramine were found. This report will provide to administrative authorities as reference in police making.
