大學生參與桌球課程動機與滿意度模式之實證

Empirical Research on the Pattern of Motivation and Satisfaction for College Students to Participate in Table Tennis Course

摘要


本研究目的以結構方程模式驗證屏東地區大學生參與桌球課程動機與滿意度模式之關係,本研究方法以屏東地區四所大學生為研究對象,應用叢集抽樣進行問卷調查,四所大學分別抽取2個參與桌球課程的班級學生為研究對象,施測時間為2015年12月7日至12月11日共計5天時間,於桌球課程下課期間進行調查,四所大學分別施測100份問卷,共計施測400份問卷,扣除填答不完整之無效問卷7份,有效問卷393份,有效問卷率98.25%。應用AMOS 21.0統計軟體進行結構方程模式(SEM)分析組成信度、收斂效度與區別效度、配適度與實證分析。研究結果顯示屏東地區大學生參與桌球課程動機與滿意度達顯著相關並具有良好模型適配度與信效度。因此本研究針對四個層面進行動機分析後提出具體建議希冀有機會提供政府與相關單位推廣桌球運動之參考。當然政府也應持續提供創造一個更適合此項運動推廣之環境,才可讓此運動不只是侷限於部分群體,而能擴展至一般民眾中。本研究針對大學生族群進行相關研究,未來也可對不同族群進行後續研究並擬定不同推廣措施以推廣桌球運動。

he purpose of this research was to validate the relationship between the pattern of motivation and satisfaction for college students in Pingtung participating in table tennis course by structural equation modeling (SEM). This research took the students of four colleges in Pingtung as research objects and applied cluster sampling for questionnaire survey. From four colleges, respectively select students of two classes who participated in table tennis course as the research object. The testing took 5 days from December 7 to December 11 in 2015 and was conducted during the recess time of table tennis course. There were 100 testing questionnaires which were respectively distributed to four colleges and the total was 400. Except 7 invalid questionnaires which were incomplete, there were 393 valid questionnaires and the effective recovery ratio was 98.25%. It conducted analysis and empirical analysis of composite reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, model fitness applied AMOS 21.0 and SEM. The result showed that the motivation and satisfaction for college students participating in table tennis course in Pingtung had significant correlation, the model fitness and reliability and validity were also good. Therefore, after the motivation analysis for four levels, the researchers proposed the concrete suggestions and hoped have a chance to provide the government and the related units with some reference for promoting table tennis. In addition, the government should also continue to create a more suitable environment for sport promoting in order to make this sport not only be limited in partial group but also extended to the general public. This research conducted related research aiming at college students group. In future, there may be follow-up study aiming at different groups and formulate various promotion measures to promote table tennis sports.
