摘要

在科技日新月異及全球化的時代，恐怖分子更易於利用尖端科技、通訊與資源來從事恐怖活動。為防止恐怖攻擊事件的不斷發生，實有必要揭發恐怖分子如何運用科技進行恐怖攻擊，才能對恐怖活動進行反制的作為。本文則嘗試從恐怖分子的角度，探討911事件後，他們如何運用科技來傳遞訊息以及隱藏武器，來遂行最後的恐怖攻擊活動，以期能歸納出恐怖活動的某些共通性。

In the era of fast changing technology and globalization nowadays, terrorists tend to use high tech, communication and information engaging in terror activities more easily. To prevent the continuous terror attacks, it is crucial to expose how terrorists utilize technology to carry out terror activities and hence, to counteract those activities. This paper attempts to discuss from the point of view of terrorists that how terrorists use technology to pass on messages and hide weapon to process terror attacks after 911 event and hope to draw some commonalities on terror activities.
