面對高齡化社會及全球體育休閒等健康活動需求增加的趨勢,本研究以參與臺灣南部地區某醫護類科技大學「2012-2013年教育部學校運動志工培訓計畫」的97位種子志工為研究對象,初步評估以醫護類大專院校作為主力,進而推行社區運動志工計畫、提倡校園與社區運動健康概念的可行性,並作為日後各項活動招募運動志工的參考。本研究於所有學員完成12小時志工教育訓練後,針對整體滿意度及各項訓練課程之滿意度進行不記名問卷調查,分析結果顯示平均總滿意度為「非常不滿意者」及「不滿意者」各佔0.0%、「普通者」佔2.1%、「滿意者」佔45.4%、「非常滿意者」佔52.6%,學員對運動志工教育訓練的整體滿意度為中上,而學員們對運動志工之志願服務亦有正向的評價和參與意願。有鑑於此,本研究誠摯建議未來應更積極爭取學校運動志工培訓與服務之機會,進而引發時下年輕學子對於運動、健康、志願服務實務間的連結與運用有更多不同的發想,並藉由服務學習中提升學生日後適應社會的軟能力。
The face of an aging society and global sports and leisure and health activities increased demand trends, to participate in a health care class of southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education of the 2012-2013 school sports volunteers training program ”97 participants as the research object. The study was designed to a preliminary assessment of the feasibility of health care class tertiary institutions as the main focus, and implementation of community sports volunteers plan to promote the concept of health of the campus community movement, and as recruitment campaign volunteer in the future reference. In this study, all students are required to complete 12 hours of volunteer training, and then fill in the bearer of the overall course satisfaction questionnaire, statistics showed that overall satisfaction was ”very dissatisfied” and ”dissatisfied” are 0.0%, ”normal” is 2.1%, 45.4% ”satisfied”, ”very satisfied” with 52.6%. The overall satisfaction of the participants' sports volunteer training for middle level students volunteer service had a positive evaluation and willingness to participate. In view of this, the sincere proposed future should more actively seek school sports volunteer training and service opportunities, and thus lead to more thinking nowadays young people for the link between sports, health, voluntary service practices and use by service learning to enhance students soft capacity to adapt to society in the future.
