震動式訓練之探討

Research on Vibration Training

摘要


本文目的在於介紹震動式訓練的機轉及效果,提供運動從業人員另一訓練方式。如何進行具有效果且避免運動傷害的訓練,一直是所有運動相關人員的目標,而震動式訓練正具有上述優點。本文彙整相關文獻發現,實施時間為8週以上,每週訓練次數為3-5次,單次訓練持續60秒,振幅約2-5 mm,頻率為25-40 Hz將可有效提升運動員爆發力以及肌力表現,因此,運動員、教練以及運動從業人員可仿照安排訓練計畫。

The purpose of this study was to introduce the mechanisms and effects on vibrating training , providing sports practitioners another way to training.。How to avoid injuries and has the effect of training, it has been the target of all sports practitioners, and the vibrating training to possess with the above advantages. In this study, integration related literature found: It would be effective in enhancing the performance of athletes power and strength, perform more than eight weeks, training 3-5 times a week, training duration lasted 60 seconds, the amplitudes about 2-5 mm, frequency from 25 to 40 Hz, thus, athletes, coaches and sports practitioners could arrange training programs modeled.
